1. Membership Overview

This is a roof maintenance membership and is NOT insurance. It does not constitute an insurance policy or warranty of any kind and does not cover free roof replacement, free major repairs, storm damage, acts of nature, structural issues, mold remediation, pest damage, or pre-existing conditions.

2. Included Services

Basic Plan: annual roof inspection, annual gutter cleaning, photo report, priority emergency scheduling, 10% repair discount, and 5% roof replacement discount. Premium Plan: two inspections, two gutter cleanings, photo reports, priority emergency scheduling, 15% repair discount, 7% roof replacement discount, and one post-storm inspection.

3. Exclusions

No free roof replacement, free repairs, storm damage coverage, mold remediation, structural repairs, pest damage, interior water damage repairs, or insurance claim coverage. Gutter cleaning is included for standard residential homes only; extra fees may apply for steep roofs, multi-story homes, heavy debris, or difficult access.

4. Billing & Renewal

Membership is valid for twelve (12) months and may be renewed annually at the Company current rate. Unused benefits expire and do not roll over. You authorize recurring annual charges until you cancel.

5. Limitations

Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day service. Maximum liability shall not exceed the annual membership fee paid. Membership applies only to the listed property and is non-transferable without written approval. Electronic signatures shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
